Vibr8Soft ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you share with us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit www.vibr8soft.com.
We collect minimal information through our website:
Email correspondence — when you write to contact-us@vibr8soft.com, we receive your email address, name, and anything you include in your message.
Server logs — our web server automatically records standard log data (IP address, browser type, referring pages, timestamps), used solely for security monitoring and never linked to personal identities.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide the services you request, and maintain the security and performance of our website. Nothing else.
We load the IBM Plex typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may collect your IP address and browser information when serving font files — see Google's Privacy Policy.
Our website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or client-side analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is your language preference (EN/FR), kept locally and never transmitted.
Email correspondence is retained for the duration of our business relationship and as required for legal or operational purposes. Server logs are kept for a maximum of 90 days.
